Unilateral Supervision Opt-Out at Age 13+
Detection
Parents receive immediate email notification that child stopped supervision; child’s Android device enters temporary 24-hour lockout mode unless overridden.
Fix (technical)
This is a legal/platform requirement when child reaches local age of consent (13 in US/EU). If supervision is stopped, parent receives notification. To re-enable, child must consent again on device under (siehe ui_strings_ref)\> Kindersicherung)2.
Fix (relational)
Transition from technical enforcement to collaborative agreement contracts as teenager approaches adulthood.
Residual risk
Technical supervision cannot be forcibly re-imposed without child’s technical consent once age threshold is crossed.
