Android secondary user outside the child’s supervised profile
How common it is: not established. Google explicitly documents that Family Link settings for the child’s account do not apply to another user profile that does not contain that account.
Detection
Android shows additional device users/profiles. Activity under the alternate profile is absent from the child’s Family Link view.

Fix (relational)
A separate profile can reflect a desire for privacy or separation of school/personal use. Determine that need before treating all profile separation as adversarial.
